In a startling Bengaluru murder case, the body of a 32-year-old woman was found stuffed inside a suitcase in a home in Bengaluru. The deceased woman, identified as Gouri Anil Sambrekar. She was allegedly murdered by her husband, Rakesh Rajendra Khedekar, who was later apprehended in Mumbai by the Maharashtra Police.
Husband Tells Police After Fleeing
According to recent media reports, Khedekar left Bengaluru on March 25, only to call the Maharashtra Police and the landlord two days later, dropping the bombshell that his wife’s body was in their apartment. The landlord quickly called the Bengaluru police, who found the corpse inside a trolley bag in the bathroom of the couple’s rental home at Doddakammanahalli and in the jurisdiction of the Hulimavu police.

Initially thought to be a suicide, the police swiftly figured out that it was worse than that, after forensic teams examined the evidence at the location.
