Gurugram Road Rage: Sports Bike Rider Alleges Car Chase

An alarming incident of road rage in Gurugram has caused huge outrage. It was after a woman riding a sports bike said a car hit her intentionally and fled after that. The entire incident was captured on her action camera. This was later posted online and went viral very quickly.

This incident has turned out to be one of the most discussed items in recent news today that have raised huge concerns over women safety and rash driving in Gurugram.

Woman Claims Vehicle Followed Her While Riding

The woman is called Sia and manages an Instagram account named rebelwheels_SIA. She said that the incident took place on Golf Course Road in Gurugram while riding her Aprilia RS 457 with her group.

According to Sia, the people in the car displayed some aggressive behavior right from the beginning of the ride. They even followed her. She claimed that she had asked the driver to maintain a safe distance but instead the people inside the car told her to stop riding. In addition, Sia said that the people sitting in the car appeared to be drunk.

Accident Captured on Camera

With everything happening, Sia claimed she was pedaling away in an effort not to get hit by the automobile. One of the riders earlier indicated that the person riding a motorcycle was blocking the motorcycle. Everything unfolded very fast. Shortly afterward, it was reported that the vehicle was merging into the path of a motorbike. This resulted in a crash that parked Sia’s motorcycle at a distance from the position of the accident. Her bike was dragged for several meters and the driver went away afterward.

The incident was recorded on an action camera installed on the bike and it was uploaded later.

Friend Confronts the Car Driver at a Traffic Light

Sia claimed that one of her pals was running after the car, having caught up with it at one of the traffic lights ahead.
She explained that the driver was told by her friend that it was his fault that the accident took place. The driver, however, denied the blame and went without helping. Afterward, the girl provided the number of the car and name upon her filing a complaint.

Video Goes Viral, Police Should be Involved

Many netizens tagged the police departments of Gurugram Police, Gurugram Traffic Police, Haryana Police, and Delhi Police, demanding them to find the vehicle’s driver and register an FIR.
